Ever wondered where to borrow the sleek brown college blazers for your school events? The answer is simple! The college blazers can be borrowed from our very own welfare room!



Here are the details for loaning a blazer:

Deposit: $10 (with or without tie)

Deadline of Return: ​5 working days after your event, by 1800h*



*For loans during holidays, the '5 working days' will 'resume' after school reopens. Please follow the deadline as given by the councillors on duty.


The deposit can be collected upon return of the blazer. However, your deposit will be confiscated if the blazer is returned after the stipulated deadline!

Mass Loans​

If your event requires more than 10 students to loan a blazer, it can be considered as a mass loan. Deposit will not be required in a mass loan.

 

 

 

 







Please fill in the required information and ensure that your event/CCA teacher-in-charge has endorsed the form before passing it to Ms Liw Wen Yan (Level 2, Math Department) for confirmation!

Please note that if the blazer is returned after the stipulated deadline, a fine will be imposed instead.

Hence, do remember to return the blazers on time! :)
